Eligibility for Returns

1. Unopened and Unused Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire box, provided that all items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. In this case, only the GST amount and courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
2. Opened or Used Products: If any item in the box has been opened, used, or damaged, you will only be eligible for a refund of the gold coin’s value based on the current market price at the time of the return request. No other items in the box will be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s). Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that all items are securely packed and include the RA number in your return package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, documentation, and any included accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

1. Refund for Unopened and Unused Products: If all items are returned unopened and unused, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus the GST amount and courier charges. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
2. Refund for Opened or Used Products: For returns where any item has been opened or used, we will only refund the value of the gold coin, based on the current market price. This value will be calculated on the day we receive the returned item. The refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receiving the gold coin.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
